Uploading material to our site
In the event you post or upload unsolicited ideas and/or materials whether consisting of texts, images, sounds, software, information or other materials on this website or send these to Darling by e-mail or otherwise, Darling shall be entitled to use, copy and/or commercially exploit such materials to the fullest extent and free of charge and Darling shall not be bound by any confidentiality obligation in respect of such materials. Darling also has the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any materials posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy. 

Your rights
At the time you provide us with your data, you can object to this disclosure of your data to (or the use of such data on behalf of) third parties. At all times you can object to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes.

Further, you can at all times request access to your personal data and request rectification and/or deletion of your data in case these data are not correct or irrelevant for the mentioned purposes. Historique de Vada

1932: Louis van Dael fonde la fonderie de graisse VADA à Anvers.


1971: VADA fusionne avec la Centrale des graisses anversoise (Antwerpse Vetcentrale ou AVC) de Frans Verbraeke. La nouvelle entité est baptisée AVC VADA.

1986: Hugo Ooms et Luk Wouters reprennent AVC VADA.

1987: Suite au rachat de la fonderie VED (Wilrijk), AVC VADA devient la première fonderie de la région anversoise.

1993: L’unité de production est pratiquement détruite par un incendie. Six mois plus tard, une nouvelle structure de production est opérationnelle.  

2009: VION reprend AVC VADA.

2010: La fonderie de graisses animales est transférée de Hoevenen vers la fonderie VION, à Eindhoven (P-B).

2011: VADA reprend Belgras.

2014: Darling International Inc. reprend AVC VADA.
